Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We want to have happy readers and make sure that your experience with Class Comics is awesome from your first glance to the cleanup afterwards! That being said, once a Print or Digital order is processed, we can’t accept a return. We will however consider refunds for print items under certain circumstances and gladly exchange a digital edition for another comic.

All refunds are handled on a case by case basis with our Customer Support Form or by [email protected].


Print Editions

Print Sales are final and can not be returned. Please make sure that you’re ordering the correct comic issue that you want!

We process our printed comic orders at the end of every third business day. Shipping costs are not refundable once an order has shipped. You may cancel an order that has not yet shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order that has already been shipped.

That being said, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction and will work with you to make you happy!

Digital Editions

We’re happy to provide store credit or replace Digital Editions with another issue if you’re not happy with a Class Access Digital Edition.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are damaged in transit. We just need you to send us a photo of the damaged comics.
